  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Items not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements) unless they are defective

  • Opened, used, or tampered-with items

  • Products marked as “final sale” or bought during promotions


2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

  • If the item is damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery


3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Wait for our team’s confirmation and return instructions

  4. Send the item to the return address we provide, using secure packaging


4. Return Shipping

  • If the issue was caused by us (e.g., damaged, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
