  • You received the wrong product or the item doesn’t match the description

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., supplements, food items), unless they are defective

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions

  • Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with

2. Return & Refund Timeframes

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at info@eegaservices.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue

  2. Attach proof of purchase and clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

  3. Wait for our confirmation and instructions on how to proceed

4. Return Shipping

  • If the issue was caused by us (e.g., defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees

  • Please package the product securely to avoid damage in transit

5. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you require a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
